Why Am I Unable To Submit My Design

I've tried 10 times - checked the file size - no submission-I recieve an error message: IE can't display the page

WHAT'S WRONG?????

We're working on the issue. In the meantime, you can email your design and thumbnail to help [at] dreamheels [dot] com and we'll enter it into the contest for you.

In your email, please indicate the insole and sole color, along with a title and description for your entry.
